The Origin Story

HSP Systems started at Expert Cleaning Services — a residential cleaning company in West Michigan. The founder of HSP was brought in to build the entire operational backbone: lead capture, hiring automation, HR workflows, review systems, and QuickBooks integration.

What started as one company's operations project turned into a repeatable system. When Wenke Landscaping needed the same infrastructure across four service lines, the model proved it could transfer across industries.

That's when HSP Systems became a product — not just a project. Every system we sell has been deployed, tested, and refined in real businesses before you ever see it.

The Founder

HSP is founded by an industrial engineer who thinks in systems, processes, and measurable outcomes. Not marketing buzzwords. Not software hype. The goal is always the same: build infrastructure that removes bottlenecks and runs without you.

We're based in Grand Haven, Michigan and work primarily with service businesses across West Michigan — though the systems we build work anywhere.

We don't sell anything we haven't already deployed and stress-tested in a live business. If it didn't work for Expert Cleaning or Wenke, it doesn't get sold to you.
